Data we collect
We collect only the personal data needed to provide our services, including: identity and passport details, contact details, supporting documents (bank statements, employment letters) and payment details relating to service fees.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to prepare your visa application, to contact you about the status of your application and to improve our services. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Data storage and protection
All documents and files are stored in private, encrypted storage (Supabase Storage) and accessed through time-limited signed URLs. We apply Row Level Security policies so that no customer can access another customer's files, and staff can see only the files they are authorised to view.
Data sharing
We do not share your data with any third party except to the extent necessary to provide the service (for example, authorised application centres) or where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as we are providing the service and for a limited additional period for legal purposes. You may then request the complete deletion of your data and documents through your account or by contacting our support team.
Access and change logs
We keep an audit log of sign-ins and sensitive changes to the system for security and accountability purposes only.

You may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by contacting our support team at support@ehjez-visa.sa.
