Munfadh Alsaada is an independent visa assistance service. It is not an embassy or a government authority and does not officially represent any country, embassy or consulate.
No guarantee of approval
The platform does not guarantee the issue or approval of any visa. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the competent official authority of each country, and the platform accepts no liability for the decisions of those authorities.
Accuracy of information provided
Customers must provide accurate and truthful information and documents. The platform is not responsible for any refusal or delay resulting from incorrect information or documents supplied by the customer.
Fees
The platform clearly distinguishes between the service fees it charges for its assistance and the government fees, which are paid directly to the official authority and are not received by the platform in any way.
Appointments and bookings
The platform directs customers to the authorised official booking channels and does not book appointments automatically unless an official authorisation or technical integration is available.
Use of your account
Customers must keep their sign-in details confidential and must not share them with anyone else.
